Below you will find our sparkling jewels, the workshops of our Withinsight Winter Festival of Spirit. Listed here are choices for the three featured sessions, one in the morning and then two following lunch. Within these sessions, you will find four presentations for you to choose from. It would be most helpful if you would choose both an Option A and an Option B in the event that the session you wish to participate in becomes full. So as to be fair, we will place you on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon arrival to the Withinsight Winter Festival of Spirit you will be given your day's schedule.

Registrants are asked to do the following:
• bring a ready-to-eat dish to be shared throughout the day or at our community lunch
• dress weather appropriate if you plan to visit our outdoor
Winter Fire
• bring along a journal and pen to record your day's experience, inspirations or to collect other women's contact information

Magickal Fairy Portraits
In this private session, a gifted artist will create your personalized Fairy Portrait. Guided by your choice of handmade runes or cards, she will tap into your playful, wise and spiritual self. Incorporating colors, elemental energies and intuitive awareness, your own fairy essence will take form in a magical sketch for you to bring home!
($5 materials fee payable at event.)

Mindfully Meeting Your Feminine Divine
Journey toward reverently deepening the connections of sisterhood through dialogue, meditation, movement and journaling. In mindful, loving presence, participants will tap their essential feminine nature and embrace the presence of divinity in their body temples. Celebrate the preciousness of womanhood!

The Warrior's Fire Circle
Through the ages, women have collected around the sacred fire. In this circle, held indoors and outside by the fire, participants are invited to adorn themselves in warrior garb and to drum, sing, rant, pray, share stories, release the old and invite the new. Oil lamps and copper adornments can also be created.

Creating and Reinforcing the Body Mind
Often, the body temple receives little attention in day-to-day affairs. It serves as a means to an end, or a vehicle to move from task to task. Participants will be guided on a gentle journey of reconnection to the self and will develop a better understanding of the sources of their motivations and actions.

Shapes of Life--Sacred Geometry
Spirit speaks in signs and symbols. Anthropologist Angeles Arrien discovered five universal shapes used to communicate beliefs throughout the world. Participants will explore the influence of these shapes on their world view and in their personal growth. Create mandalas to empower yourself with these sacred energies. Facilitator: Jane Glesne

The Heart of the Matter
Learn how to bring love and happiness to yourself and others. Participants will explore topics of trust, permission and forgiveness to use as tools in navigating life's changes. Discover more about your truest self and your spiritual journey. Bring heartfelt questions and receive personal messages from Spirit.

Creating Your Personal Spa Experience
This hands-on workshop will give you the tools to create a relaxing oasis in your own home. Participants will make an aromatherapy salt scrub and will learn to find the right stones from CT shores for use in hot stone massage. Healthful body treatments and non-surgical face-lift techniques will also be taught.
($3 materials fee payable at event.)

Spirits of the Land
Nature is imbued with Spirit, in Her trees, stones, waters and earth. Discover how to make connections with the guardian spirits of sacred places and to access the wisdom that they have to share.
Learn of sacred sites, both local and distant, and plan a
future visit to access the Spirits in New England locations.
Facilitator: Nadine Druanne

Circle of Love
An experienced channel will open energies and guide participants to discern answers and messages from beyond the earth plane. Bring questions from life's challenges or from the activities of the day, and receive exact information that will create movement along the path of love, life and happiness.

Sofia and the Heartmender
Fear-based wounds from childhood can hold us back from doing what we know we are here to do. Using readings from an inspired children's book, visualization techniques and drawing materials, understand and begin to heal whatever is keeping you stuck. Then set your goals as high as the stars!

Chair and Partner Massage
A skilled licensed massage therapist will provide individual seated massage, focusing on relaxation of the head, neck, shoulders, back arms and hands. Participants will also receive instruction in partner massage for hands, feet and shoulders. Learn the many benefits of massage and find your bliss!

Join Withinsight in learning how to create an intentional sacred space for your ongoing worship needs. We will explore the various types of altars herstory has witnessed and the many different types within our community. Withinsight will hold a gathering that will incorporate altar facts and lore along with creative opportunity to artistically individualize an altar artifact of your own. We will supply the space and the materials so that you may bring your own personal magic to the piece. Spend time with other women as we creatively combine our artistic juices and celebrate our divine feminine energies in an inspired design.
