Spiritual Life Coaching incorporates the structure and direction of personal life coaching with a foundation in spiritual practices, intentions and insights. Lisa Meade brings her passion for women's spirituality and applies this with her direct focus on the working principles for one's life path.
Many women are living lives filled with drama and conflict, dissatisfaction and disappointment in self and others, and have feelings of aimlessness or restriction. Lisa directs the women she works with on a personal path to finding their joy, freedom and sense of self. Her encouraging approach and gentle manner guides woman down a path toward a fully engaged life. Lisa's strengths are in discovering ways to obtain goals and desires, to map out dreams in order to bring them into reality and to create a life filled with meaning and forward movement. Inspired by global divine feminine spirituality, Lisa believes women's empowerment is paramount to their sense of self-love, respect and direction. Empowerment is a support for knowing whom you are, why you are on the planet and the role you play in the divine order of life. Lisa holds a vision of a planet where we realize we are not separate from each other, but connected both in the physical as well as the spiritual realm. The exploration of making changes in your life and traveling your path with awareness becomes a focus, as women are encouraged to claim their personal spiritual beliefs and to apply them to this process. Lisa trusts that as women develop a spiritual consciousness and embrace their spiritual identity they are better able to balance the demands and pressures of their external life. With this understanding of balance, women become enabled and prepared to make better choices to be fully engaged in their life as it becomes overflowing with delight, satisfaction and grace. Withinsight does not espouse a specific religion, but rather embraces global spiritual beliefs and practices. It is our desire to be supportive of women's spiritual growth and personal empowerment in the evolution of their life's journeys. Each woman's sessions are tailored for her unique goals and personal journey. Utilizing innovative techniques and activities surrounded by rituals and methodology deeply rooted in ancient wise women traditions, sessions are individualized to match each woman's process. Lisa is introducing new spiritual life coach offerings to the community. Women's Group Coaching Sessions: Either sign up with your own group of women or come and be a part of an existing group that is open. Coaching in a group setting offers a unique dynamic, with many layers of bonding, community and support. Individual needs are always met and one on one options continue to be available. Exciting and challenging group exercises create opportunities for unveiling patterns, obstacles and fears. Spiritual Life Coaching for Teen Girls: Young women in today's culture find themselves facing the dilemma of either shutting down to fit in or taking unnecessary and frightening risks to be one with the crowd. Having a relationship with a spiritual life coach affords a young woman to have a safe and open dialog with a support person who will give honest, true and positive feedback without the emotional strings attached. A coach can help with identifying the tools needed in life to face ongoing challenges and encourage ways to celebrate and honor successes and progress. A coach can hearten a young woman to claim the gifts of empowerment she has and teach how to utilize them. Coaching unearths dreams and desires and helps young women set clear goals towards their achievement. Coaching encourages and supports the building of healthy, high self esteem.
